Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Fees

Failed Deliveries / Address Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge a reshipment fee.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
We will replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.
