Our Return & Refund Promise

We want you to love your Filtrify purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our end.
